Went in with my 11-year-old who loves boba for our first visit, and we had a great experience. The ladies at the counter were incredibly helpful and patient, walking us through the menu and helping us decide what to order. The menu itself was easy to read and included helpful information about ice preferences and sweetness levels, which made customizing our drinks simple. I ordered the Dirty Boba (brown sugar), and my son got the Cookie Crush. He had tried a similar drink at another shop before and was left disappointed, but he absolutely loved this one. The boba was soft, fresh, and perfectly cooked. Both drinks were flavorful and well-balanced. The shop has a really nice aesthetic — clean, welcoming, and a great spot to sit and enjoy your drink. It’s also in a convenient Wake Forest location, making it an easy stop while out and about. Pricing was in line with what you typically see for boba in the area. While boba in general can feel a bit pricey, this shop was consistent with local norms and worth it for the quality and service. We’ll definitely be back!

This shop is pure comfort! We ordered matcha milk foam cakes and dirty brown sugar bobas. I adore the fact how you can adjust many things about your drink and the catalog of drinks is HUGE! ( everything is so aesthetic in general)

Feng Cha is a boba tea place in the Shoppes of Heritage in Wake Forest. It is a nice location whether you order to go or stay and relax in the shop. It has a clean, relaxing atmosphere. You can order online, at the kiosk inside or at the register. I ordered a kiwi green tea with strawberry puree and boba and a mango tea with aloe vera and lychee jelly. When I ordered, I could create my own combination, ice amount and sweetness. I did 50% sweetness, but next time I will make it 25%. Both teas were refreshing. My order was ready when I arrived, and it was very convenient. The service was very friendly too. I will order boba tea here again.

We have been going here for over a year and love them so much! The drinks are delicious and we enjoy playing games as a family while waiting for our drinks!!

We loved this place! It’s very cute inside and many many drink options with different types of boba and fully customizable including sweetness level which I appreciate. Very nice staff. They have touch screen ordering, which is great to see all your options and to customize your drink. They also have little cakes. We will definitely go here often.

First time here and I got Boba Milk Tea and the Tiramusu Treasure, and the Tiramusu was absolutely delicious! And the milk tea was also great for a great price 100% coming again
